Umm Al Emarat is open daily from 8.00 AM until 12.00 AM with the last entry being at 11.00PM.
2. How much is the entrance to the Park?
The Umm Al Emarat Park entrance fee is AED 10.
3. What are the loyalty cards you have?
Currently, you can purchase one of our two loyalty cards to receive more value for your money. Our Silver Card is priced at AED200 and provides the cardholder alone 25 entry tickets amounting to a 20% discount, and/or our Fitness Loyalty Card is priced at AED499 and gives the cardholder alone unlimited entry tickets over a 12 months period in addition to exclusive offers and discounts on fitness facilities, BOUNCE and more.
4. Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered. The ticket must be used by the same person during its period of validity and is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.

6. Where is Umm Al Emarat Park located?
Umm Al Emarat Park is located on 15th Street in the Mushrif Area, Abu Dhabi, next to the International School of Choueifat.
7. Is parking easily available at the Park?
Umm Al Emarat Park has more than 500 paid parking slots managed by Mawaqif.
8. Is there a taxi rank outside the Park?
Yes, a taxi rank is available outside the Park, in front of the main entrance.
9. Can I use public transportation to and from the Park?
Public transportation is available at the Park – you can either stop at the taxi line directly in front of the main entrance or the nearby bus stop.
10. What F&B outlets are available inside the Park?
Umm Al Emarat Park is home to a wide variety of F&B outlets for guests to enjoy, ranging from dine-in restaurants and cafés, as well as grab-and-go eateries such as Green for Life, Home Bakery, Farmer’s Bistro, Movenpick ice Cream, Parker’s, Salt, Sugar Art, Kids Factory, Milestones Coffee, Masha House and Ovo Café.
11. Can I go to the F&B outlets without paying the entrance fee? (even if it is just to pick up food?)
The entrance fee to the Park is now AED10 per person for all Park’s visitors. Proceeds from the ticket prices will go towards furthering the Park’ vision, expanding its offerings, and enriching its calendar of activities, all with a view to enhance the overall visitor experience. If you’re looking for delivery from our outlets, we recommend using delivery apps such as Talabat and Deliveroo.
12. Is there a nursery in the Park?
No there is no nursery at the Park.
13. What sorts of activities are available for children? Is there a play area?
From the children’s garden to the animal barn, there are many activities that have been designed with youngsters in mind.

Yes, children can enjoy pony rides daily from 4:00pm onwards at AED15.
17. Are the facilities in the Park free?
Yes, upon paying the entrance fee, the facilities in the Park are free to explore.
18. What sorts of animals are available at the Park?
Some of the animals that call Umm Al Emarat Park home include goats, ponies, rabbits, tortoises, emu birds and camels. They have a devoted and experienced team of caretakers, who are responsible for their welfare.

The Movie screening program at Umm Al Emarat Park, Cinema at the Park, will start from 6:00pm – 8:00pm every Friday and Saturd

Outside food is not permitted inside Umm Al Emarat Park; only water bottles, food for small children, and the list below can be brought inside.

22. Can I BBQ inside?
Barbequing inside Umm Al Emarat Park is strictly prohibited, and anyone in violation of this policy will be fined AED500.
23. Can I smoke at the Park?
Smoking of all kind (such as cigarettes, e-cigarettes and shisha) is strictly prohibited inside Umm Al Emarat Park.
24. Can I ride my bike/scooter inside?
Bicycles, air wheels, hover-boards, roller skates, skateboards, etc. are not allowed inside the Park for children above the age of 7. Children under the age of 7 are permitted to use bicycles and scooters inside the Park, however parental supervision is required.
25. Can I bring a soccer ball (Frisbee, badminton etc.)?
Yes you can, however playing football after 5pm is only allowed for kids aged 10 years and below.
26. Can we take photos inside the Park? Or do we need a permit?
For commercial filming and photography inside the Park, we require that entities obtain prior approval from the Park management.
We also ask you to kindly to keep in mind that photographing and/or video recording (for personal purposes) of other visitors without their knowledge and permission is a legal offence. The Park reserves the right to stop visitors from recording inappropriate material by confiscating the equipment used.
27. Can I bring my pet (i.e. dog) for a walk in the Park?
Animals and pets aren’t allowed inside the Park with the exception of assistance dogs.
28. Do I need an ID to enter?
No, you do not need identification to enter Umm Al Emarat Park, however we encourage all residents and citizens to always keep identification on their persons in case of emergency.
29. Do I have to pay to pray or use the restroom/ATM/?
No, you can enter the Park to Pray / use the restroom / use the ATM machine without having to purchase an entrance ticket.
30. Can children play in the Wadi and water features?
Yes, Umm Al Emarat Park was designed with our young visitors in mind which includes the use of the fun, cooling Wadi, the interactive water feature in the Amphitheatre, and the shaded interactive water feature in the Children’s Garden. However children as well as adults, are not allowed to swim in the water bodies and fountains found throughout the Park.

Yes, booking a venue for your child’s birthday is possible! You can either book the Children’s Garden (Sunday through Thursday) or the Shade House Lawn (Sunday through Saturday). 42. Can I have a birthday at the Park without booking a venue?
Yes, celebrating birthdays at the Park is possible without having to book a venue!
If you would like to organize the party yourself, kindly note that the space, as well as the Park amenities such as the animal barn, splash fountain and the wadi area, would be offered on a first-come first-served basis, without any prior booking required.
Kindly note that you are allowed to bring in the following food items only:
