Abu Dhabi, 10 April 2021: Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Umm Al Emarat Park is hosting – both on-ground and online –series of initiatives that are sure to bring out the spirit of the holy month!
An ode to the Ramadan spirit
As a destination that connects communities through diverse experiences, visitors will be able to feel the Ramadan spirit at Umm Al Emarat Park by witnessing the cannon firing at the Park’s entrance and enjoying broadcastings of Hakawaty storytelling sessions by Bait Arabi in addition to classic oriental music sessions by Sherine Tohamy, Eman Al Hashimi, Maan Hamadeh, and Patrizia Masutti on the Park’s outdoor screen.
Making time for wellness
Priding itself on being a destination where visitors can invest in their health and wellness, Umm Al Emarat Park will be hosting a series of fitness classes to encourage people to stay active throughout Ramadan. Visitors can join Daman Heroes’ Group Fitness for a post-iftar sweat, where they will also have a chance to win prizes from Green for Life Café, Go Sport, and MuscleFuelUAE - Healthy Meal Plans in the sessions’ mini challenges. Seven Wellness will also be hosting meditative yoga sessions every Wednesday from 5 PM to 6 PM at the Park.
That’s not all though! Throughout the entire month of Ramadan, the Fitness Loyalty Card can be purchased at an unbeatable 50% discount. The ‘Fitness Loyalty Card,’ launched by Umm Al Emarat Park, provides card holders unlimited access to the Park for a year in addition to exclusive offers and discounts on fitness facilities, dining options, BOUNCE at Marina Mall including the BOUNCE’s pop-up trailer at the Park.
All about the food
Those that prefer to cook can follow Umm Al Emarat’s social media channels for exclusive and healthy iftar video-recipes from Slim n’ Lite and Green For Life Café, in addition to bloggers such as One Arab Vegan (Nada El Barshoumi), and Salwa Shalabi.

Umm Al Emarat Park is also calling out on all photographers in the capital to head down to the Park to partake in the ‘Ramadan Sunset Photography’ competition and capture their best sunset shot. Winners will have their photographs published on Umm Al Emarat Park’s social media channels and receive two entry tickets to the Park and two discounted vouchers from Green for Life Café.
