Your animal friends are back to Umm Al Emarat Park
With the addition of three Emu birds.
And they can’t wait to see you!
Starting Thursday 22 October, animal lovers will once again be able to visit their favorite animal friends at Umm Al Emarat Park’s Animal Barn, hosted in collaboration with Al Ain Zoo. In addition to hosting much-loved ponies, rabbits, tortoises, pygmy goats, and camels, the Animal Barn will now be home to three inquisitive Emu Birds – ranked the world’s second largest bird by height.
To safeguard the safety of the Park’s visitors and employees, the Animal Barn will have a limited capacity of 12 people only. Additionally, activities such as riding ponies and camels, and feeding the animals will remain suspended until further notice.
Umm Al Emarat Park’s train is also back on track, at a capacity of one child per wagon, or two members of the same family in one wagon; the Water Splash Area has also reopened for a limited capacity of 30 people. Additionally, the Park’s iconic ‘Cinema in the Park’ event is also back for another season at a total capacity of 100 people in the Children’s Garden, broken down into a maximum of four people per section.
Umm Al Emarat Park is working tirelessly to ensure that the highest standards of safety and precautionary measures are applied, including a limited Park capacity, thermal cameras and disinfectant tunnels. Visitors are also requested to wear their masks, and follow instructions from the Park’s team at all times.
Umm Al Emarat Park is open every day from 8AM to 12AM – with the last entry at 11PM. To know more about the Park’s events and activities kindly visit the Park’s website: http://www.ummalemaratpark.ae.
