Enjoy a meaningful community experience as Umm Al Emarat Park and Tadweer Group invite Abu Dhabi residents and families to take part in an official Guinness World Record attempt. Participants will contribute to building a 25 sqm mosaic created entirely from recycled plastic bottle caps collected as part of the “Cap Your Way to Sustainability” campaign launched last July.

Organised in support of the UAE’s ongoing sustainability efforts, this activation highlights the importance of recycling, creativity, and collective responsibility. The event strengthens the Park’s role as a hub for environmental learning, while empowering families, youth, and schools to contribute to a greener future.

Across five days, guests will enjoy:

• Hands-on participation in constructing the 25 sqm bottle-cap mosaic

• A creative and educational activity promoting recycling and waste diversion

• A family-friendly experience suitable for all ages

• A community initiative aligned with the Year of the Community and Abu Dhabi’s sustainability goals

A highlight of the week includes the opportunity for visitors to help create a record-breaking mosaic design inspired by universal recycling symbols, transforming thousands of collected caps into a single artistic masterpiece.
